SER Vision Statement
To build communities that promote equal participation for economically disadvantaged children and families in all facets of life.
Educational Vision:
To prepare multicultural, multilingual children to succeed and thrive throughout their early childhood and elementary grades and to prepare them for success and excellence in high school, college, and the ever-changing global workplace.

- To help deliver the child care curriculum in an environment of safety, support, and caring focusing on:
- having children safe and happy
- Broadening the community, national and world understanding of the children and their families; including experiences that promote and enhance ethnic and cultural diversity.
- Conducting child care services in accordance with SER Child Development Center operating principles and goals.
